Forms

We strongly encourage each camper to bring a water bottle, healthy snacks, towel and any medical items he/she may need. We will also have water bottles on site. Masks are not required. 

In addition to basketball training and an overall fun time, each camper will receive a T-Shirt, Drawstring Bag and Prizes. When camp concludes, everyone will also receive a Certificate of Completion, School Supplies and Lunch. 

With the help of our sponsors, this year our young student-athletes will receive notebooks, folder, pens, pencils and various other items with the hopes of assisting in the preparation of this upcoming school year!
